The flat is in a great location overlooking Wimbledon Common with amazing greenery in London. It’s also super close to Wimbledon Village and Putney which both have great cafés and restaurants. The following transport links are also close by:
- Bus stop 1 min walk which has buses that take you to Putney in 5 mins, Wimbledon Village in 5 mins, and Wimbledon in 10 mins.
- District line from Southfields is a 12 min walk.
- National rail to Waterloo can be accessed from Wimbledon and Putney in 14 mins.
- Wimbledon South tube on the Northern line is also accessible via the bus.
- Off license and shop just round the corner.
The landlord would like the new tenant/s to take on the flat for another 2 years so would expire in Dec 2026. During this time the price will not increase from £1,875pm. The flat is managed by an estate agents and everything maintenance related is done through them. Our managing agent is lovely and whenever we have had an issue they are really responsive.
