I am leaving my house and looking for someone to move into my current room. The house is located on a tranquil street in Southfields and has a lovely garden at the back.
It is currently occupied by 4 males, with a mix of professionals and students.

COUPLES AND STUDENTS WELCOME

MOVE-IN DATE: 7th of December 2024

All bills included (water, electricity, broadband and council tax)

VIEWINGS: Monday 11th (4:30-7pm), Wednesday 13th (4:30-7pm) or Saturday 16th (all day)

The bedroom comes fully furnished.

The desk and the chair belong to me, but can come with the bedroom for an additional fee.

HOUSE FEATURES:
- 2 bathrooms for 4 people. One with a shower, one with a bath (one of the other bedroom is en-suite)
- A living room with a view on the garden where you have some storage space and a dining table
- A shared kitchen with the basic equipment (kettle, toaster, microwave), two ovens and two hobs
- Dishwasher
- Two fridges with freezer
- Two washing machines, one dryer, and a hoover

I have a brand new individual fridge that can come with the room for an extra fee.

THE PLUS:
- A cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the shared spaces
- The house is managed by an agency that will do the contract. You can call the agency at any time if you have any problem (repair, maintenance, etc.)
- The flatmates are very easygoing and quiet
- The house has plenty of storage space that you can use (two big outside cupboards, a large shared cupboard in the kitchen, and another big cupboard opposite the room).

- 15 min walk from Southfields station, 8 minutes with the bus
- 1 tube stop to Wimbledon rail station (tram and trains) and 20 minutes with the bus
