Double bed room in Southfields

Double room on the third floor of a townhouse.

This room is medium sized, enough to feel cosy with a bed, desk and small cupboard but extra storage is accessible in the top(third) floor cupboards. The house is super homey and a wonderful 2 minute walk to Southfields station.

We have a good relationship with the landlord and have always had friends/generally respectful people take over from the previous tenant. The most current household is :

Max (on the middle floor) - a 30 year old South African female working in immigration, she loves to socialise and run, and is generally the biggest sweetheart.

Jess (sharing the top floor with myself) - a 29 year old South African female who works in finance, she is also very social and loves a chat preferably over a bottle of wine. Jess has a cat called Maverick, they each have the smaller room and study upstairs.

I am flexible on the move-in date, and Jess & Maverick will be moving out mid December so there is the option to take the whole top floor if you’re a couple wanting some space or have a friend who you’d like to move with you.
