The property is about a 7 minute walk from Southfields station (district line) and a 1 minute walk from the 493/39 bus stops.

You will have your own private bathroom, which is next to the room. The ground floor bathroom will only be used by you as the property has another bathroom upstairs. There is only 1 bedroom on the ground floor. The room will be furnished with a king sized bed, desk + chair, chest of drawers, bedside tables + lamps, shoe cabinet, wardrobe and wall-mounted smart television.

It’s currently my room and there are two others (females), both friendly and respectful, living in the property and when I move out they prefer a female to take my room. The fourth bedroom in the house is small and is currently being used as storage. So for now only 3 out of 4 bedrooms in the house will be occupied.

All bills are included in the rent. Electricity, water, gas, council tax, TV licence, fast and reliable BT fibre optic broadband are all included.

Kitchen is shared and includes a gas cooker/oven, fridge, freezer, large dining table, microwave, toaster and washing machine.

Living room is shared and includes a new comfortable sofa, smart TV, table and chairs.

The property is clean, secure, has been recently refurbished and is a comfortable house to live in. Gas central heating is on 24/7 between 01 October - 31 March with a thermostat for the bedroom radiator.

There are several local shops (including Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S), cafes, restaurants and gyms. Wimbledon Park, Wimbledon and Putney Commons and Richmond Park are all within walking distance from the property.

6 months of payslips and a copy of your contract of employment as proof of employment will be required to be provided, before moving in. In addition to ID (Passport/Driving licence) and a deposit (£1100). Background checks will be undertaken.
