Single Room/own Bathroom/1 min to Tube/New build

TLDR You get your own bathroom, 1 min from the station and sharing with only 2 people. Room is a nice single with a lot of storage in a modern new build.

Hey! We are looking for a new flatmate to live with us, Camila and Matías, in a homely and well looked after house. We are the first people to live here so everything is new and modern.

You would have a lovely single room with your own bathroom
(outside of the room), and plenty of storage including a very spacious wardrobe.

The house is in Southfields, a calm and pretty neighbourhood. It has multiple supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the Southfields tube station (District Line) all less than a minute away. Wimbledon Park is a 7 minute walk from the house.

Our current housemate will be leaving the UK in January, so we are looking for someone to take over his room. The current contract is from Jan to end of September, but you could then renew for another year afterwards.

A bit about us. Matias is a VFX Artist and Camila goes to drama school. We both love music - Matias plays jazz piano and goes to gigs every week, and Camila plays the guitar, loves watching films and dancing. We also taking long walks and enjoy cooking. We are both from Argentina. We like socialising and inviting friends over but we also respect people's space.

The ideal housemate would be someone who would love to make this house into a home, likes keeping spaces clean, takes initiative and is a good communicator. Cleanliness and open communication is very important to us.

Bills: Your share of the bills will be around £100-120 per month. (this includes council tax which is £32 pcm and internet )
