Looking for a new flatmate to share with me (40 male) in a victorian terraced house near Southfields station. The home consists of the ground floor of a converted terraced house with 2 bedrooms, shared bathroom, kitchen and exclusive use of the garden. The double bedroom is located at the front with a large bay window. Room is furnished (see photos) and lounge includes tv and sofa to share.
I work in hospitality with Sundays off and a variable day in the week, as well as studying and am therefore out of the house for 10+ hours most days.
Bills are not included but average about £240 per month (internet, gas, electric, council tax band B)
