Double Room Available in Southfields

Hi there!

I’m Joe, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into a double room in my two-bedroom flat in Southfields. The room will be available from 28th December, as my current flatmate is moving out. (If you need to move earlier, a sublet from 16th December might be possible.)

About the Flat:

• Location: Just a 5-minute walk to Southfields station (District Line) with great bus connections (39 and 493).
• Neighbourhood: Quiet, residential, and full of green spaces, parks, and coffee shops - ideal for anyone who enjoys a peaceful yet well-connected area.
• Unfurnished: The room and flat are unfurnished. However, my flatmate is happy to sell her bed base, mattress, and a small chest of drawers if needed. Most of the furniture in the communal areas belongs to her, so if you move in, we’d have to put our own stamp on the shared spaces!

About the Room and Contract:

• Single occupancy only.
• Contract details: Starts 28th December, runs until April 2025, and renews yearly with a 6-month break clause.
• Bills: Approx. £150 per month on top of rent.

I’m looking for someone gay friendly and social who’s happy to watch some trashy tv (let me know your worst!)
