Room available now in friendly SW house

Hello :) We're looking for a friendly flatmate to join our houseshare in Southfields - move in is ASAP! The house is currently made up of three working professionals - Meera works in sales (full-time in the office) and enjoys baking, going to the gym and the occasional very big night out (will come home with good stories). Jami works in creative advertising (2 days a week from home) and has only recently moved to London from Australia. She enjoys playing football, thrift shopping and socialising. Dex hasn’t moved in yet, but he passed the vibe check so we’re sure you’ll like him too!

The room available is priced at £500 plus bills, including a cleaner/ council tax, that usually come to about £150 per month. We have a lovely living space, dining room, and garden which is great for summer BBQs. There is one bathroom that will is shared by all 4 flatmates. The house is a little old but well loved, huge, bright, open and comfy. We are a 5 min walk from Southfields tube station, 15 min walk from Earlsfield and 2 mins from the park. We are looking for someone mature, clean, and who will treat the house like a home, we all really love living here. We socialise, have the odd flat dinner, night out, night in and life chats and catch ups - but we do all have our own lives too and appreciate and respect each other's space too.
