2x rooms for rent in friendly SW house

About the house:
You’re probably not going to find better value for money in London. Located 5 min walk from Southfields station, Wimbledon park and the main street with buses to Wimbledon Village, Clapham, Southside, Tooting, Putney and Richmond all on the doorstep. The house is a little old, but very well loved with shared lounge room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen with everything you could need. Your bedroom will be fully furnished with a double bed and some shelf storage.

We use Splitwise for bills which come to approx £150 a month, this includes internet, electricity, water, council tax and a cleaner once a fortnight.

About us:
You’ll be living with Meera (32) and Jami (30) - we’re a chill bunch who enjoy the occasional social catchup over wine in the kitchen, whilst equally respecting each other’s space and time alone. We enjoy the occasional night out but also appreciate having a relaxed home (not a party house!!!).

Meera works in sales (full-time in the office) and enjoys baking, going to the gym and the occasional big night out (will come home with good stories).

Jami works in creative advertising (2 days a week from home) and has only recently moved to London from Australia. She enjoys playing football, thrift shopping and socialising.

About You
We’re looking for 2x new housemates who are chill, friendly, and sociable but also respect the balance of personal and shared space. Someone tidy who takes care of communal areas and is happy to pitch in to keep things feeling like home.

We’d love to find someone who’s looking to stay longer-term, values a welcoming, inclusive environment (LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly), and shares an interest in contributing to the house vibe—whether that’s helping with a bit of gardening, adding cozy touches, or just enjoying a chat over coffee or dinner.

No couples, unless you’re keen to rent both rooms.
