Hello,
As our flatmate is moving out we are looking for a new person to take over the largest room in the house.
We are three females and are looking for a flatmate who is happy to have a chat but also maintain their own social lives. We would like you to be tidy, respectful, and friendly.
The house is not a party house, but we do enjoy having friends over from time to time and having a drink/dinner together l.
The house is rented through an agency, which is very helpful. New flatmate will need to undergo reference checks and pay a deposit of 5 weeks' rent.
Room is located on the first floor of the house and comes unfurnished.
The monthly rent is £750 with bills on top.
Southfields is a lovely residential area with many parks and great transport links to central London.
