Bright Double Room in Southfields Flat

Hi there!

I’m Joe, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into a double room in my two-bedroom, ground floor flat in Southfields. The room will be available from 28th December (If you need to move earlier, a sublet from 16th December is possible.)

About the Flat:
• Location: Just a 5-minute walk to Southfields station (District Line) with great bus connections (39 and 493).
• Neighbourhood: Quiet, residential, and full of green spaces, parks, and coffee shops - ideal for anyone who enjoys a peaceful yet well-connected area. There’s also a Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M&S outside the tube station.
• Unfurnished: The room comes unfurnished. However, my flatmate is happy to sell her bed base, mattress, and a small chest of drawers if needed.

About the Room and Contract:
• Single occupancy only.
• Contract details: Starts 28th December, runs until April 2025, and renews yearly with a 6-month break clause.
• Bills: Approx. £130 per month on top of rent.

I’m 34, work full time and ideally looking for someone who’s looking for a home - always happy to have a chat and watch some TV (the trashier the better!)
