A spotless double in a clean, bright house in a quiet close.

Extremely well situated: 15 mins walking gets you to Wimbledon Common, Southfields Tube, the very good Telegraph pub - there's a Tesco Express 30s away. Free parking on the close outside the house.

Current tenants of the two other rooms are both late 20's professionals commuting to the city most of the week. We're tidy, active, love cooking (not pictured is the huge spice rack) and are proactive but calm in keeping the place looking and feeling good.

The available bedroom is overlooking the garden, on its own floor so feels nice and private. You are only sharing the large bathroom and separate WC with 1 other as the third room is en suite. The bedroom is furnished with a desk, wardrobe, bedside table and dresser - if anything else would make you super comfortable let's talk.

Kitchen/Dining Room is well stocked - we're ideally looking for someone who's happy in a grown-up sharing environment: happy to share the accouterments - pots/pans, cutlery, spices rather than multiple sets of everything. Kitchen is kitted out with a good gas hob, electric oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, underfloor heating in the kitchen if we really want to splash out in the depths of winter.

Garden has decking with small table with two chairs, leading down to a grassy area with charcoal (Egg) BBQ, larger table and chairs, pizza oven.

Sitting room has 2 comfy leather sofas and a fancy recliner w/ foot stall, big smart TV, record player and good speakers.

£900pcm, plus third of council tax (Band D), Electricity, Gas, Water bills. WiFi is included.
Council Tax Band D - seems to be £90ish pcm (so £30pp)
Electricity/Gas - has worked out £60ish pp/pcm.
Water £10pcm.
These are estimates, but based on my actual transactions.
