Double room available in Southfields

We are Tara and Nick, who have also both recently moved into this house over the past 6 (myself) to 8 (Nick) months.

The house is located just a short 5-minute walk from Southfields Station and a 20-minute walk from Earlsfield Station. The house has a spacious and open-plan living/dining space, with a separate utility cupboard, a large modern kitchen (with available space to the rear of the kitchen, which could be used for extra storage/gym space), a downstairs WC and an upstairs bathroom. There is also an outdoor terrace to the rear of the property. Your bedroom (first-floor) is to the rear of the property and comes with a built-in wardrobe. All bedrooms are all well-spaced so you have your own privacy.

The current housemate who is moving out will be bringing a lot of the furniture with her and so we will be looking to refurnish the lounge/dining space (sofa, table, chairs) so we can make it a cosy home to live in!

A bit about myself and Nick – we are both very sociable and enjoy doing our own thing (going to the gym/ running / cycling / meeting up with friends) but also enjoy going for a drink together when our busy (work/sociable) calendars align. However, gone are the days of being a party animal! We are both friendly and respectful and would like to find someone similar in nature who we can share our home with.

We can be relatively flexible on dates for viewings, however, the move-in date is 28 January (slight but minimal flexibility around this unfortunately).
