Are you two friends who would like to live together? We have two double rooms available in a three bedroom house with a garden in a quiet residential area of West London - Southfields.

Room 1 - spacious and bright double room with a fire place and bay window, overlooking the road

Room 2 - smaller double room with a fire place and built in storage, overlooking the backyard

Both the double rooms are on the same floor along with a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and an extra single room, which is unoccupied and can be used as a guest bedroom or an office.

There is another en-suite room on the top floor, currently occupied by a couple. There is a garden accessible from the kitchen and plenty of storage available throughout the whole house.

Room 1 is for £1050 and Room 2 is for £900.

Rent is inclusive of bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity and wifi)

No admin fees, no agency fees.

Reference check and credit check will be required for tenancy agreement, which will be joint tenancy agreement, i. e. four names of tenants on the agreement.

Rooms are available from 4th July.

The tube and bus stops are a 5 minute walk , good variety of local shopping including Gails Bakery, Marks and Spencer food hall, Sainsburys and Tesco . Plenty of local coffee shops bars restaurants a gym etc. 10 Minutes walk to Wimbledon Park with running tracks tennis courts etc. Plenty of street parking.
