Looking for a 27-33 year old girl to join us in our four person home in Southfields!.
I’m moving out and looking for someone to fill my place in our lovely Victorian terraced house in Southfields from mid July 2025. Tenancy runs to Jan 2026 with option to be renewed.
About the room:
It’s a large ground floor bedroom with bay windows overlooking the front garden on a very quite residential street. It is part furnished with a built in large wardrobe, a bed side table and bed. The rent is £875pm excluding bills (£70-85 a month).
About the house:
The three storey house offers loads of space including a south facing living room, a decent garden, a newly renovated first floor bathroom and a ground floor toilet/shower room, a top floor spare room / study and a big shed.
We’re a couple of minutes walk from Southfields tube (district line) with great bus links to Clapham. Plenty of on street parking and permits are quick to secure.
The top floor spare room is currently shared for storage. If of interest this could be a study, open to discussion.
A bit about us:
Cam, Zoe and Poppy - Cam works in the city in brand strategy, Poppy works in net zero consulting and Zoe works for a wildlife charity.
We all lead our own lives and are fairly busy during the week, however, always find time for wfh tea breaks, pub quizzes, weekend gigs, the odd Sunday roasts or runs to Richmond Park.
A clean kitchen / house is important to us, and we expect anyone joining to keep this up. All well passed our student days! A strong selection of house plants also welcomed…
