Looking for a respectful, non-smoking lodger who is OK with dogs, for an initial 6 month rental (possible extension to 12 months).
Move in date is Sat 1st November, although there's some flexibilty with that.

Large, detached house with extensive garden on Princes Way, SW19. 5 mins walk to Putney Heath, 12 mins walk to Southfields tube (District Line). Short bus ride to Wimbledon Village, Wandsworth, Putney High Street, Putney Station (fast trains to Waterloo). Convenient for Roehampton Uni, St Mary’s Hospital, Richmond Park.
The house belongs to my Mum but you would be sharing with me and my husband and our dog (a staffy). We are a laid back couple in our 50s. Yes we are old, but I reckon we are more young at heart than many half our age. The house is old and characterful. If you want minimalist and modern, this is not for you.
The room is not ensuite, but has its own bathroom next door. You would not be sharing this with anyone else.
The rent pcm is £1000 for a single person, £1,400 for a couple. Includes all bills.
