Lovely Double Room in Southfields House

I have a lovely double room available from the 14th of September in a cozy Southfields house.

The house has 4 double bedrooms (3 upstairs and 1 downstairs), 1 main bathroom upstairs, 1 smaller toilet area downstairs, a large living area, a decently sized kitchen and a large outside patio. It’s a lovely sized house, cozy but also quite spacious.

The room comes furnished, so pretty much everything in the photos is staying (except for the small wooden shelves and the decorations). It’s a really lovely room, with a lot of natural light but can also be quite dark if you close the curtains. It also has a small built in cupboard, which is great for extra storage.

The rent listed includes some bills, such as water, internet, council tax and a house fund (for cleaning bits, toilet paper etc.) Electricity & Gas is extra but is usually around £25 in the summer and £50 in the winter.

The house has a lot of good transport links, while still being in a relatively quiet area. The 39 bus stops right outside, the 93 and 493 are within walking distance (around 10 minutes each) and you also have Southfields Tube station, which is on the district line and around a 15 minute walk. In terms shops you have Co-Op 10 minutes away and then a bunch of other small shops in Southfields (Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco Local, M&S Foodhall). Wimbledon Town centre is also only a 15-20 minute bus ride away with plenty of shopping options.

You’ll be sharing with 3 lovely girls, Niamh, Evie and Courtney, who I am very sad to be leaving after 3 years. The house is a good mix of having your own space and being social. We all have our own schedules, but still like to enjoy a night around the fire pit out on the patio every once in a while.
