Double Room to sublet in Southfields

Renting my room out for two months (potentially 3), lovely Victorian house 5 minutes from the station and good bus services (bus stop 30 seconds either way). £500 deposit and £1700 for both months (£850 each month bills included and happy for this to be paid monthly or all together). You will have space in the kitchen which is fully stocked as well as a weekly cleaner. The room is bare but I can’t provide duvet/pillows but the room is free for you to do however you please, this is because I have an overlap in contracts. All housemates are lovely, it’s a very big property and you very rarely feel on top of eachother. There is a garden and a basement for storage. You will share the bathroom which is right next to the room with 1 other people. There is space for your belongings and there is also a washer/dryer. Happy to send any photos over.
