My partner and I are making the move to the country after a delightful 3.5 years in our beloved home in Southfields. Such a treasure you don’t want to miss out on!

Dates and cost 🗓️: Available 22nd September £735 + bills (approx £150pcm)

The room 🛌: Double bed, decent storage! Set of drawers and an inbuilt wardrobe. We also have storage in other parts of the house / shed to put larger items.

The house 🏡: You’ll be sharing with 3 amazing Kiwi girls in their early 30s. We are all super social and love to hang out together but also value our personal space.

We’re lucky to have a large kitchen / dining area, two bathrooms (shared), large lounge and an amazing garden. We’ve all been in the house for 3.5 years so well established with crockery/cutlery/household bits and bobs. We also have Netflix, Disney +, etc.

The area 🌳: Southfields has a lovely village feel to it with both Wimbledon Park, Wimbledon and Putney Common in short walking distances (great for Park Runs!). M&S, Tesco and Sainsbury’s all a five minute walk away. Southfields Station is located a five minute walk away connecting you to the District Line. Earlsfield station is also a short cycle or 15 minute walk away to get you into Waterloo in 20 minutes!

Looking for someone over 27 who is respectful, clean and friendly. We also request that you are employed in the UK as previous tenants have failed referencing due to not having an employer.
