Southfields Double Room - Private Balcony

A room in my home has become available, as my flatmate has bought her new home and will be starting a new chapter. We have lived in this flat for nearly 3 years, the flat is modern, landlord is supportive, and there’s even a small wine fridge in the kitchen (should that appeal to you, as it did to me).

About the room-

A bright and furnished double room in Southfields, complete with bed, wardrobe, and private balcony. There’s another spacious balcony in the living room. The bathroom is shared with just one other person (me ^^). Located in a quiet, well-connected area, close to transport links and local amenities – perfect for a tidy and respectful professional. Next to Wimbledon Tennis courts, Wimbledon Park (where the infamous queue begins), putney heath, etc. I occasionally like to throw a barbecue or small gatherings, but only a few times a year. I enjoy listening to music & have plans of setting up a projector in the living room. Let me know if this sounds like a bit of you :)
