My housemate is moving back home to their parents so I am looking for a new housemate! Looking for a professional male 27+!

The property is set in a quiet residential area, is on the first floor (there’s a lift!) and comprises of a kitchen, living room and 2 double bedrooms. There is a communal garden and free parking on the road too.

You will be sharing with me, I’m 29 and working in communications. I’m very chilled, like to play a lot of tennis, go to the gym, read, watch movies and will always say yes to a trip to the pub.

I’m looking for someone chilled and respectful who is happy to keep the place tidy. I’m super friendly and would love to have someone I can be mates with, but happy to also do their own thing. I work from home a few days a week so happy if someone else also works from home!

The room is furnished, and the bedroom has a chest of drawers, bed side tables (the small white one won’t be there but there are other ones) and built in wardrobes (the desk won’t be staying unfortunately, but you can fit one in!)

8 minute walk to Southfields station (district line), 20 minute walk to Wimbledon town and village, and 5 minute walk to Wimbledon common.

Looking to do viewings on 13th/14th September, but can do earlier if needed ☺️
