I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to share my lovely 2-bed flat with me. The flat is located in Southfields (12 mins’ walk to the tube station), making it super convenient for commuting into central London.

It is split-level (2 floors)

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shared)

Spacious living room with plenty of natural light

Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)

Comfortable and homely atmosphere

Bright double bedroom

Fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers – can discuss if you’d like to bring your own furniture). There is plenty of space for a desk.

Rent: £900pcm + bills £100pm (water, gas/electricity, monthly cleaner) Council tax will be covered by me.

About me:

I’m Rishta - I am an accountant by profession. I am sociable but also respectful of personal space. I keep the flat clean and relaxed, and I would like to find someone who’s similar: tidy, considerate, and easy-going. I have a very active lifestyle i. e. swimming, running, yoga and I love all things wellness.

This home would be ideal for:

A professional who wants a calm, comfortable living space

Someone who’s looking for a 3-6 month stay (though open to discussing longer term lets)
