I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to share my lovely 2-bed flat with me. The flat is located in Southfields (10 mins’ walk to the tube station), making it super convenient for commuting into central London.

It is split-level (2 floors)

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shared)

Spacious living room with plenty of natural light

Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)

Comfortable and homely atmosphere

The room:

Bright double bedroom on the top floor

Fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers – can discuss if you’d like to bring your own furniture). There is plenty of space for a desk.

Rent: £1000pm + bills £150pm

About me:

I’m Rishta - I am an accountant by profession. I am sociable but also respectful of personal space. I keep the flat clean and relaxed, and I would like to find someone who’s similar: tidy, considerate, and easy-going. I have a very active lifestyle i. e. swimming, running, yoga and I love all things wellness.

My current flatmate is moving back to Ireland in July, hence why I have started my search for a new flatmate 😊

This home would be ideal for:

A professional who wants a calm, comfortable living space

Someone who’s looking for a 3-6 month stay (though open to discussing longer term lets)
