I am moving out of my flat share in Southfields to go travelling, so I am advertising a room and the opportunity to live with two fabulous flatmates, Chloe and Nashree 😊

🏡THE FLAT
- The flat is set over 2 floors (floor 1 and 2 of a house)
- 2 bedrooms are upstairs and the living room/kitchen and 3rd room are downstairs
- Your bedroom will be downstairs and includes a double bed, triple wardrobe and a storage unit (all other furniture will be going with me)
- 2 bathrooms
- There’s also a patio out front

🥰 YOUR FLATMATES
- Chloe (31) works in healthcare market research and loves keeping fit, playing sports and trying out the latest brunch or dinner spot
- Nashree (27) works in consulting, loves any chance to go travelling and when in London tries to get out to do as many classpass classes in the local area
- Both generally work 9-5, with 3-4 days a week from home
- We all lead busy lives but love having a chilled flat to come back to and watching a crap film or tv series in the evening. We all have our own lives and space but also like to hang out and do park runs/brunches etc and are looking for someone who wants to create a home not just rent a room 😊

📌 THE DETAILS
- Rent is a steal for the area at £970 per month (fixed for the next year) with a deposit of £923 which will be payable to the outgoing tenant
- Bills are not included and are equally split (£89 each per month, thanks to Wandsworth council tax!)
- The estate agent requires referencing (super simple and I will pay the fee) and require full time, permanent employment earning over £30k
- We are looking for someone to take over the tenancy from 16th October

Southfields itself is a hidden gem - a super safe, relaxed and friendly neighbourhood with all the shops, restaurants and coffee shops you could want! The tube is a 3 minute walk away and Earlsfield train station only 15 minutes which makes commuting a dream!
