This three story flat is located 5 min walk from Southfields stations with plenty of bus connections, this area is quiet, leafy and an amazing place to call home. The bedroom is cosy but equipped with lots of storage and a door which backs onto our garden. Shared kitchen and living room. You’ll be living on the bottom floor and sharing the bathroom with one other.

🏡 About the Flat & Housemates
You’ll be sharing with three lovely girls, aged 30 and 35. They're looking for someone sociable who enjoys the occasional shared meal, chats on the couch, board game night but equally values their own time.
We keep the house clean, tidy, and homely, and we’d love someone who takes pride in their living space too. The vibe here is relaxed and friendly—think dinner with friends.

💡 Bills & Rent
Rent pcm is £567 (yes, you heard that right) and excludes bills, which currently come between £80-100 depending on the month. Usually a bit less in the summer and more in the winter.

👩 Who We’re Looking For
We’d love another female 29-35 who is super clean, friendly, loves to have chat in the evenings but also loves their own time. We want someone who genuinely cares to make a house their home and have a caring, warm persona towards the other girls. Someone who works a 9-5 (not work from home) with no pets.

I’ve absolutely loved living here for the past year—it’s a special place, and I’m sure the next person to move in will feel the same. If it weren’t for me going back home I would stay here.
