Double bedroom in lovely house!

A large double room is available in our lovely 4 bedroom home. It’s got lots of space & storage, enough room for a desk if you need to work from home.

The house is very homely, clean and tidy. We have good storage, a decent size kitchen and a large lounge, there is a main bathroom upstairs and a small washroom downstairs. We also have a wonderfully large balcony.

We have amazing transport links, the no 39 bus, which will bring you to Putney Rail station (20mins) or Clapham Junction (35 mins)stops at the top of the street. Southfields tube station served by the District line is a 10-15 min walk. We also have free on street parking surrounding the property.

The beautiful Wimbledon common is a hop, skip & a jump away! There is a local co-op less than 5 minutes walk, and in Southfields village you’ll find an M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and plenty of coffee shops.

The rest of the household is made up of 3 females. Courtney, Evie and Niamh, ages ranging from 31 to 40. We all work regular hours.

We’re a friendly bunch, every now & then we like to have a few drinks (we make great cocktails!), have movie nights & fire pits on the balcony. While we are quite sociable, we also greatly respect each other’s privacy and enjoy alone time too.

We share the cleaning, and we keep a shared kitty to pay for household essentials such as cleaning products & Netflix etc.

Bills : Gas & Electric are monthly. (On average £20/25 each p/m in summer and £40/50 each in winter) Internet, Water, Council Tax and Kitty are worked into the rent cost.
