Southfields Flat - Room Available

I’m sadly moving out of our lovely flat in Southfields, so I’m looking for a girl to take over my room!

The flat is super cosy and homely. It’s just a short walk from Southfields Station and about a 15-minute walk to Earlsfield Station. There are plenty of buses nearby, and Wimbledon Park is only a short walk away. Wandsworth is also close by. The area is really lovely, with lots of cute shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, everything you need is just around the corner! 🥰

The flat is fully furnished, with a comfortable living room and an outdoor terrace space. You’d be sharing the flat with Beth. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage, plus we have an extra storage room we use as a shared wardrobe! 🤗 I’d also be happy to hand over some of my furniture for a small amount.

Rent is £1,075 (excluding bills), which usually come to around £100–£150 a month. The room is available from 1st December, so you’d need to be ready to move in then. It’s a 1.5-year contract with a 2-month break clause.

A little bit about Beth: she’s 29, works in fashion retail, and is such a lovely, easy-going flatmate. She’s always up for a good chat and a laugh! She loves fashion, make-up, and exploring local cafés, restaurants, and pubs - but also enjoys a cosy night in.

I’ve absolutely loved living here, so I’d love to find someone equally lovely to join Beth! We’re looking for a female in their mid-to-late 20s who’s in full-time employment (you’ll need to pass a reference check; income should be around £32k or you’ll need a guarantor).
