A rare find! Location, price and cosiness

This is one of those rare finds, nowadays in London property.
The flat is still managed by the family who have always owned the property. They are very friendly and want tenants to be happy!

My large, south facing room is available for 4 months as I'm going back home for a while.
It's on the second floor, so it gets the sun!

It's a large furnished room, (double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers), there's definitely room for a desk!

The other 2 flatmates are Auzzie girls in their early 30's. Everyone has a full time job and the house is generally quiet.

There's a spare room in the house which no one stays in, and we have a garden.

It's not a party house.
