6 week sublet in Southfields

I’m heading home to South Africa for 6 weeks in Dec/Jan and am looking to sublet my room from 10th Dec - 21st Jan. The flat is fully furnished and you’ll be sharing with two Brits in their early 30s (one male, one female). They both work in film and don’t WFH.

🛏️ Furnished double room in a 3 bed/2 bath flat with a private garden. Desk in the living room for WFH.
💸 £1200 for 6 weeks including bills
🚇 7 min walk to Southfields tube station (District line) and 20 min walk to Earlsfield train station
🚶‍♀️‍➡️15 min walk to Southside Shopping Centre and 7 min walk to M&S, Sainsbury’s and Tesco
🚌 5 min walk to 156/39 busses

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothing rail and bedside table. The bathroom is shared with one female as the other bathroom is ensuite.

My housemates are looking for someone to watch films/tv with in the evenings and who enjoys the occasional chitchat. There is a cleaner that comes once every two weeks but it would be helpful if you cleaned up after yourself too.
