Bright, sunny small single or a lovely double in a friendly, quiet development in Southfields.
Less than 10 mins walk to the station.

Shared bathroom (separate wc and shower/bath rooms), kitchen and living room and small outdoor space for chilling and BBQ's.

Most bills included, strong Wi-Fi. Water and Heading shared.

You will be sharing my home with me. Finding the right person that is respectful of my place but that can also make it it their home too is important for me.

I am a professional, mostly working from home. I love books, podcasts, travel, gigs, theatre and concerts, swimming, biking and camping.

If I am not working, I spend a fair amount of my time out and about. Not a party house, especially during the week but do enjoy socialising.

Parking is potentially available but will need to be paid for separately.

Short term lets available for £100 extra per month for stays 3 months or under.

I am only looking to rent one of the two rooms and keep the other as a spare. I will rent to the first best match and then take the advert down.
