The time has come for me to leave a truly top-tier household (yes, I’m emotional), so we’re on the hunt for someone to fill my room from the 18th of December — give or take a little wiggle room.

You’d be moving in with a genuinely lovely group of working professionals aged 28–33. It’s an international setup with a strong Aussie presence and one legendary Greek. The house vibe? Social, fun, and friendly. Think summer BBQs in the garden, occasional parties that don’t derail your week, and cosy movie nights that will trigger debates about what to watch.

We’re looking for someone who fits the vibe — ideally 27+ and a working professional who won’t be alarmed by spontaneous BBQ suggestions.

Rent: £760 a month including all bills (I know, I know — unheard of).
Location: A casual 2-minute stroll to Southfields Station (District line), 5 minutes to Wimbledon Park Common, and an easy reach to Earlsfield, Wandsworth and Putney.
