Flat in Southfields Grid Close to all amenities

A double bedroom flat with own separate bathroom. The bedroom is currently used as an office. It can accommodate a double bed and has a built in wardrobe and shelving. There is a separate large bathroom (with bath/shower) which can be for the exclusive use of the bedroom.

The flat has its own entrance and overall is 3 bedrooms (3 bathrooms) and fully furnished and in very good condition. I live in but plan on being away more often so I am looking for someone responsible to rent the room from late February/ early March.

The flat is close to all the amenities of Southfields and public transport (a 3 minute walk to the Southfields tube and buses and a 15 minute walk the to Earlsfield overground). My teenage daughter stays with me every other weekend (hence the preference for a female). I am seeking someone (preferably a professional worker) who is clean and will look after the house well particularly when I’m away. Bills (council tax, gas, electricity etc) to be shared (in lower Wandsworth council tax band). I am happy to discuss any questions with an interested person. It is the first time the room as been rented so happy to discuss terms !!!
