A cosy, quiet, clean double room

A peaceful, decent and clean place to enjoy your stay anytime in season. The room has a double bed, a desk & chair, an armchair, a couple of shields and drawers and a small closet with hangers.

There is a common living room with a lovely balcony! There is a fibre internet connection.

I am a singer-songwriter and a professional coach. I am a vegetarian but I have a highly functioning kitchen with:
- a brand new water filter in the kitchen tab
- a fridge with freezer, a washing machine
- a dishwasher
-a microwave
- a stove-oven
- a kettle
- a couple of plates&cutlery to use but cooking equipment is limited so feel free to bring your fav pans or air fryer 😉 all utensils are brand new including the boiler 🔥

I am keeping the common area tidy and clean so you are only responsible for your room. I respect your privacy and boundaries. This is a peaceful and calm area 🙃 with lovely neighbours.

If you enjoy walking or jogging, Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common are 5 min away on foot. The bus stop is just around the corner.

The District Line underground station (Southfields) is a 12-minute walk away. We have a pharmacy, GP and Co-op so close and the area is available for all kinds of delivery orders.

The flat is very close to the Wimbledon Tennis Championship. You can hear the balls and the sound of joy coming from the courts 🎾☺️
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony in the shared living room.
