Big, sunny double in Southfields✨

Hi all!

I’m looking for someone to replace me in a 4 bed split maisonette in Southfields! It’s a 5min walk away from the District line tube station which takes you to central in half an hour, and a 15min walk to Earlsfield for the SWR which gets to Waterloo in 15mins - suuper well connected on top of loads of bus stops. You can also walk to Putney and Clapham Junction or take a short bus ride!

The area itself is super nice - Wimbledon Park is just around the corner and St George’s Park is a 15 walk where you can also get to Southside Shopping centre! The road the house is on has Tesco, Sainsbury’s & Boots and super cute restaurants and cafés!

The house is split into 2 levels and the room is on the second floor sharing the bathroom with only one other. It has an open plan kitchen/living room with all the appliances you need - fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. There’s also a garden that’s suuper nice in summer as it gets all the sun! Perfect for BBQs! Oh, the room also gets looads of sunlight (thanks to the 3 windows) during the day.

You’ll be sharing with 3 professional girls - Jules 28 architect, Issy 25 working in publishing and Kate 23 who’s a nanny. They all their own social circles but down for a yap when crossing over in the house or a social outing!
