I’m moving out, so a room will be available in our flat from 1st January, but the move-in date is flexible.
You’ll be living with three other people who all work full-time. The apartment is quiet and peaceful, and everyone respects each other’s space. A cleaner comes once every two weeks, so the common areas stay tidy.

The rent is £680 per month, all included.

The flat has all the essential appliances: microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

The neighbourhood is very safe, quiet, and pleasant. There’s a park nearby, and it’s 12 minutes’ walk to the tube, and 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop.
Excellent transport links: only 15 minutes by bus to Putney or Wimbledon.

Shops and cafés are all close by — Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and lots of great coffee spots.

Bonus: During the Wimbledon Championships, the council offers residents the chance to receive a free ticket — a great local perk.
