Double Room Available in Southfields

Hi, we have one spare room available from next month in a recently renovated flat in Southfields (SW19), with all bills included (inc. council tax - Band C). Double bed and built-in wardrobe fitted in the room, as well as a desk (not currently pictured) and under bed storage.

The two-level flat has all appliances you might need (oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc), one bathroom, another downstairs toilet and an extra shower. There's also a spacious, sunny terrace outside with patio furniture and a bike rack.

The flat has excellent transport links, with Southfields station (district line into the City / towards Wimbledon) around 10 mins walk away, and numerous bus stops within 5 mins walk which travel to Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham and more. It's also situated in between Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common (both 5 mins walk each), which are both great if you love the outdoors as much as we do.

Three of us currently live in the flat, 2 girls and 1 guy, who work 9-5 so those with similar working hours would be preferred. We're ideally looking for friendly and down-to-earth people who will respect the flat and are up for a quiet night in as much as a night out at the pub.
