Double en-suite room available in 3 bed home

We have a lovely double ensuite room coming available in our home in Southfields.

The home is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large shared kitchen, living room and small sun trap courtyard.

The room is available furnished and the ensuite has good storage.

Bills are excluded and come to approximately £100 a month but this can change with the season. This also includes a cleaner coming every 2 weeks to clean the common areas and both bathrooms. Note we don’t get the cleaner to hoover the bedrooms. That said we still clean as we go, it’s just nice to have a thorough clean every two weeks, especially as we have two sets of stairs!

You will be sharing with two female professionals in their 30’s. Sarah works for the NHS and I work in travel and am in office twice a week. We’ve both lived here for 5 years+ and get along well, that said we have our own lives. We have a great relationship with our landlady who is very responsive should we need anything fixed.

The area is lovely, we are only about 8 minutes walk to Southfields station and 5 mins to the 39 and 156 buses. There are plenty of great coffee shops nearby and the gym.

We are ideally looking for a female to take the room. Someone who is clean, respectful & friendly. Our partying days are over and love a chilled vibe.

Exact move in date is tbc but anticipating early feb. Will confirm asap.
