A large double ensuite room will be available in our lovely home in Southfields from February, as one of our housemates is moving out after 6½ years.
The room is spacious and bright, with built-in wardrobes and additional eaves storage, making it ideal if you have lots of belongings.

You’ll be living with Sarah, who works for the NHS, and me, who works in travel (both in our 30s). We’ve lived here for over 5 years, get on really well, and are looking for someone clean, friendly, and easygoing to join our home.
We enjoy a chat and the occasional social moment, but overall we value a calm, respectful, chilled vibe, our partying days are well behind us! We wouldn’t say no to a movie or game night!

Small sun-trap courtyard, perfect in warmer months
Cleaner every 2 weeks for communal areas and both bathrooms
(bedrooms not included, we still clean as we go)

In addition to the rent. Around £110 per month (varies seasonally)
Includes fortnightly cleaner
We have a great, responsive landlady
