Cozy room in Southfields

My sister (23) and I (27) are looking for a female flatmate to take up the third bedroom in our three-bed two-bath flat in Southfields. Rent is £850 excluding bills which come to approx £120.

The room is a small double and has been newly furnished to maximise as much space as possible with the following:
- Brand new small double bed
- Brand new mattress
- Under-bed storage
- Headboard with shelves
- Tall wardrobe with hanging space

The flat is situated on the top floor and has a spacious and gorgeous reception room, a garden, a recently refurbished bathroom, and is 10/15 minutes from Southfields/East Putney underground stations, with Wandsworth Town station a 20 minute walk away.

Due to our current working patterns, we both have days off during the week, therefore this might not suit someone who primarily works from home; we tend to spend these days in the living room which is where the WFH space is, so we’re looking for someone who works at the office / their workplace at least 3+ days per week.

Whether it’s the occasional party / dinner, a night out, or a chill evening at home, we’d love a flatmate who’s happy to join in — but we also have our own lives and friends in London as well, so there’s a great balance and absolutely no pressure.
