I am renting 2 rooms in my flat.

The biggest bedroom in my 3-bedroom flat has a huge closet. Available for a long term. Hi flatmate 😏

There is a common living room with a balcony. As a singer-songwriter and a life coach, I am using the room while I am working during the day from time to time but it is available for everyone.

I am a vegetarian but I have a highly functioning kitchen with a brand new water filter for the tab, a fridge with freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove-oven, a kettle and plates&cutlery to use but cooking equipment is limited so feel free to bring your fav pans or air fryer 😉

I am keeping the common area tidy and clean so you are only responsible for your room. I respect your privacy and boundaries. This is a peaceful and calm area 🙃 The bills + utilities and basic needs of the flat are my responsibility so just relax and enjoy the flat and this green beauty of Southfields.

Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common are 5 min walking distance. The bus stop is just around the corner. The District Line-underground station (Southfields) is 12 min walking away. We have a pharmacy, GP and Co-op so close and the area is available for all kinds of delivery orders.
