Unfortunately I will be moving to a new property in another part of London for work so will need to leave my room in this flat with 3 great housemates.

It's a very quiet room with new large double glazed windows and shower en-suite. Room includes bed, bedside drawer, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Available from 1st March 2026.
Flat includes shared living room and kitchen, and balcony.

All bills (water, electricity, council tax, TV licence, internet etc.) are included, and the flat comes with a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.

Flat is about a 10 minute walk from Southfields tube station, and there's lots of bus routes around, including the 39 to Putney, 170 to Wandsworth, and the 493 to Richmond. Putney and Wandsworth are about a 25=30 minute walk.

There is a Tesco express (open until 11pm every day) 2 minute walk from the flat.

Flatmates are clean and considerate.
