It is a 2 story flat, main bathroom is upstairs along with 3 other rooms. The room is on the ground floor along with an extra toilet and kitchen.
Wimbledon park is less than a 5 min walk down the road, lovely in summer
The room:
£820 per month, all bills and council tax included
Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
Double bed, comes fully furnished with wardrobe, dresser and bed side table.
Includes bi-weekly cleaner!
You’ll be sharing with 3 other girls.
