Double Room in Southfields

Hi!

We’re looking for our fifth housemate to join us from 7th May.

The room:
Bright double room in large Edwardian terraced house, approx 15ft x 13ft, including a large bay window. Front facing onto a quiet residential street; lots of natural light.
Furniture included: bed (not the one pictured), side table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The house:
Family kitchen, living room, conservatory, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a large garden. There is also a single guest room for use by friends or relatives.

Rent:
Room rate is £630 and includes rent, council tax and water. Gas, electric and internet are chargeable on top and come to about £54 pppm.

About us:
We’re all girls in our 30s, we like our social time as well as enjoy our own time. We’re are on a mission to make sure Dulcy watches all the Harry Potter movies.

Dulcy: South African with Portuguese origins, working in Furniture Design. Loves cooking, gardening, and has the best record of Spotify listening stats we’ve seen so far. Lived in the house for almost six years :)

Antea: Italian, office administrator. Loves eating (especially whatever Dulcy cooks), listening to music, exploring and finding new spots in town, travelling. Lived in the house for two years :)

Chelsea: British with Italian origins, working in education. Loves eating, chilling, and knitting. Lived in the house for three years :)

Kristina: she’ll soon join us in April, along with her lovely cat Baghera!
