Hi, I’m Hannah and I’m looking for a friendly and considerate new housemate to move into a lovely room in Southfields, because my current housemate is moving back home. Happy to send a video of the entire flat on request.

The flat and location:
We have a beautiful, bright room available in a large 2 bedroom flat in a leafy area of Southfields, 10 minutes walk from Southfields station and 5 minutes walk from Wimbledon common with free parking included. There’s a bus stop directly outside the flat with links to Putney, Wimbledon, Clapham, Earlsfield, Tooting and Richmond. Tesco express is a short 4 minute walk away, and there is a corner shop just across the road, and a doctors surgery 5 minute’s walk away. We also have a large communal garden, perfect for relaxing or working out outside, with lots of squirrels, birds and cats! 🌳
We also an enjoy a large, well kept open plan living & dining space, modern kitchen and bathroom with a bath. The flat also has plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and communal areas.

A little about me:
I’m 30, a conference producer and martial arts enthusiast who also loves reading, languages, wine and socialising! I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful professional housemate who would like to make their next flat a home. If this sounds like you, please do get in touch 😊

Rent & availability:
Rent is £1,000 per month (bills excluded, and amount to approximately £160 per month) and the flat has all the mod cons. Available from 10th May, ideally before 10th June.
