I live with my 6 year old Chihuahua, so you’d need to be comfortable around a small dog.
The rent is £900 per calendar month, plus approximately £100 for bills (please note this does not include a TV licence).
The flat is on the first floor and its conveniently located about a 13-minute walk from Southfields Station, making it easy for commuting. Unallocated parking available. Tesco express 3 mins walk from the flat.
