Small Double Room

I’m easy-going, sociable and very much appreciate a calm, homely space. I love house plants, coffee and bakery runs, a good pub catch-up and the occasional glass of rosé. I’m always up for a yap but equally respectful of people’s space and downtime. Clean, considerate and looking to create a comfortable, relaxed home vibe.

The room itself is a bright, cosy double room with lots of natural light and a peaceful green view from the window. It’s currently unfurnished - so there’s plenty of opportunity to make the space your own. There’s built-in storage (wardrobe).

The communal washing machine and tumble dryer are located inside the cupboard in the room, so occasional access would be needed for laundry, but this would always be kept respectful and minimal.

The house has a spacious open-plan shared kitchen and living area, a shared office space that’s perfect for working from home, and a lovely garden to enjoy in the warmer months. There’s also a large upstairs bathroom with both a bath and shower, as well as an additional downstairs toilet.

One thing to note is that we don’t currently have WiFi, as the signal in the area is pretty poor for the price, and we’ve generally found using hotspots works much better.

Ideally looking for women preferably — someone friendly, tidy and looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay.
