I'm looking for a female tenant to take over my lease for a spacious, furnished double bedroom in a three-bedroom flat from the 5th July 2026 or the week after.

The flat is located on the 7th floor of an apartment complex and is shared with working professionals.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Female
- A working professional
- Non-smoker
- No pets
- No couples

Location Highlights
- 7-minute walk to Southfields Underground Station (District Line)
- Excellent bus connections to Putney and Clapham Junction
- Less than 5 minutes' walk to Tesco
- 7-minute walk to the main high street with cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other amenities
- 12-minute walk to Wimbledon Park
- No reserved parking space, but on-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis

The Flat Amenities:
- As mentioned, the room is furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, oven, and washing machine. The lounge is very spacious too. (see photos).

- Rent: £632 per month
- Bills: Approximately £100 per month per tenant, (covering:

Flatmates
You'll be sharing the flat with two friendly female professionals, 25 and 30, originally from Scotland and Réunion Island.

We're looking for someone who will fit well with the existing dynamic. The flat has a sociable atmosphere—we enjoy catching up after work, watching TV shows together, and occasionally doing activities as a household. At the same time, we all value our own space and respect each other's privacy and downtime.
