Room available in a fantastic 3 bed maisonette from the 1st July.

You’ll be living with 2 lovely girls - Nashree (27) works in consulting, loves travelling and to try all the class pass classes the area has to offer and Megan (27) loves playing netball, gigs, museums and trying out new restaurants. We’re looking for someone who wants to genuinely make this a home - we all have our own lives but love relaxing in the evenings and watching a bit of trash TV.

The room itself is a bright double with loads of storage. It comes furnished with a bed and chest of drawers. The flat is set across 2 floors with your room on the top floor and there are 2 bathrooms in the flat which makes getting ready in the mornings so much easier. The location is also a dream being a 3 minute walk to the district line (and 15 mins to Earlsfield) and having all the coffee shops and restaurants you could want on your door step!

Rent is £950 pcm and we each pay £100 into a joint account to cover bills (thanks Wandsworth council tax).
