I'm looking for someone who can move in on 11th July, subject to successful reference checks.

It comes furnished with an ottoman storage bed, wardrobe, and mirror, making it ideal if you're looking for plenty of storage. The flat is a two story flat with a lovely balcony and communal garden area. It also has a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, TV, sofa-bed, and touch-screen fridge.

The flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly area in the heart of Southfields, with parking available on the estate. You would just need to enquire with the landlord about a parking permit if you would like to park your car in the communal car park.

Southfields tube station (District line) is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of local shops, cafes, and other amenities nearby. Southside shopping centre and Wimbledon Park are approximately a 15-minute walk away, and there are plenty of easy bus routes within a 5-10 minute walk of the flat.

Rent is £810 a month with bills coming to around £80 to £100 a month per person. The council tax falls into band D.

You'll be living with two lovely, friendly girls who enjoy having a chat and socialising together, while also doing their own thing.
