Large double room

We have a large double room available in our 3 bedroom house in Southfields/Earlsfield for £1,137pm, which comes with its own private office and a bathroom shared with just one other person.

The house has a large eat-in kitchen, separate lounge, 2 bathrooms and a private garden with braai (bbq) and firepit. We also have a cleaner every second week included in bills.

There is plenty of storage throughout, a large double oven & stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, TV, etc. The home office is particularly great for anyone who works from home full-time or hybrid.

The property is well situated about 10 minutes walk from Earlsfield (national rail) and Southfields (District line) stations, with a bus that runs through Wandsworth, Clapham and Battersea about 150m away. Additionally there is a Sainsburys around the corner and larger M&S, Tesco and LIDL nearby, as well as Wimbledon Park down the road.

Our housemate is leaving the house to move in with his girlfriend but has lived here for 5 years so it's definitely got more of a home feeling than just a house. You'd be living with two other housemates - Sarah (British, 28) + Kieran (South African, 26). Sarah works in the education sector + WFH 2-3 days a week, Kieran works in property and is on site most of the week.

The house is very relaxed, everyone respects each others' space but are also keen to grab drinks at the pub (we've got a great local) or braai (especially during the summer months!). Ideal move in date is some time around 9 August but can be flexible! Room is unfurnished but includes a spacious bunker for storage and a built-in wardrobe. There may also be a double bed frame left behind.
