🏡 The Loft

Two double bedrooms are available in a spacious, design-led three-bedroom loft in Southfields, directly opposite Southfields tube station.

The Loft is arranged over three storeys, with one bedroom on each floor. It’s an unusual layout for a flatshare and gives everyone a good degree of privacy - plenty of shared space when you feel sociable, but your own part of the Loft when you need some me time.

At the heart of the flat is a large open-plan living and dining space with ceilings rising over 6 metres, a huge feature window and lots of natural light. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

A spacious double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and a small private balcony.

A comfortable double bedroom with good storage. The shower room on this floor is shared with me, the landlady.

🏠 Living Together

You’ll be sharing the Loft with me and one other flatmate. I occupy the third bedroom, so there will be a maximum of three people living here.

I work from home, but the size and layout of the Loft mean we’re not constantly in each other’s space. I’m sociable and happy to share a glass of wine or a chat, while equally valuing independence and privacy.

I’m looking for flatmates with a similar outlook: friendly, independent, clean and considerate, who want somewhere that feels like a home rather than simply a room in a shared house.

🌳 Southfields

Southfields is a relaxed residential neighbourhood with cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and local shops within easy walking distance. Wimbledon Park is nearby, while having Southfields station directly across the road makes getting around London particularly easy.

The Loft is fully furnished and equipped, with a professional cleaner helping to keep the shared spaces in good order.

Both rooms come furnished and have access to the large shared kitchen, living and dining areas.

It’s a characterful home with lots of space, an unusual layout and, importantly, enough room for everyone to have their own life within it.
