Looking for someone to take over my room.

The Flat:
A double bedroom located in Southfields. The room has a double bed, desk, bookcase and built-in wardrobe. A big shared living area and kitchen. Also a giant bathroom with a shower and bath. One of the other rooms has a private balcony looking over Wimbledon Park that we can all use.

Flatmates:
You will be living with 2 boys aged 23 and 24. They work full-time in a fancy restaurant as chefs. Super friendly and social when we see each other, as they all work long shifts.

Deposit - £865.35 (held in protection scheme)
Council Tax - Band C
Bills around £90 total (wifi, water, electricity, council tax all included)

You will need to provide references or a UK guarantor. As well as proof of employment/student status.

Area:
Really peaceful and quiet area. Around the corner from Wimbledon Park or Wimbledon Common (less than a 10-minute walk away). There is a Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S and a 24hr shop all by Southfields tube station. Amazing brunch/ coffee shops on Southfields High Street as well as in Wimbledon Village. You are right by Wimbledon Tennis if you're a fan of that, and can even get a free ticket, or just be close to the queue.
