Single room for short let only

Available from 9 November for short let I have a furnished single room in a well kept, clean 3 bedroom apartment approximately 10-12 minutes walk to Southfields tube and the restaurants and bars of Southfields village. Also short distance to Wimbledon Village and common. Lots of local buses and great cycling territory. Nearest convenience store 1 minute away.

The room is quite small (as you will see from the photos) with single bed, chest of drawers and there is a wardrobe available too, but the flat itself is uncrowded with only two others to share with and it provides good communal space (a proper living room unlike many shared flats).

The apartment is in a 3 storey ex-council block which is well maintained by Wandsworth Council and has always been regarded by tenants as a safe and secure environment mainly frequented by young families and private renters.

The remaining tenants are an Italian female (living in the UK a long time) and a Filipino female nurse in their early thirties.

THE ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SHORT LET POSSIBLY UNTIL MARCH/APRIL NEXT YEAR.

Bills are shared among the flat mates and come to around £100 per month including council tax, and all the usual utilities,

Parking is available.
